M-110 (Period I Stairs)
Mac has cut six stringers for the new stair and the first stringer has been installed against the south wall of M-110.
Wayne Mays has finished re-securing the lath on the ceiling of this room in preparation for re-plastering.
Wayne has started to install re-used riven lath on the ceiling in this room (almost all of the original lath had been replaced with wire lath). The riven lath is coming from off-site donations and is being secured with ribbed, stainless-steel nails.
Austin has started to replace two common rafters in the section of the roof that was trapped by the c. 1797 portico addition. Only the portion of the rafters that ran from the ridge down to the purlin will be replaced.

The decking panels continue to be installed and preparations are being made for installing the Chinese rails.
